Should I Refi.com was founded by mortgage professionals that realized that in today's fast paced world, mortgage consumers value convenience almost as much as getting a competitive rate on their mortgage and also realized that mortgage professionals (like ourselves) were in dire need of a lead generation tool that actually worked.
 

Thus, Should I Refi.com was born to revolutionize the way lead generation works. Our model is pretty easy to understand but our technology yet simple by concept is actually very complex. Our technology transmits real-time information from www.shouldirefi.com to our approved members anywhere in the country. Consumers’ information is stored in our company database and we will give approved members a login ID and password so they can log in, view, and track their own leads. Members will not be able to view the entire database. They will only be able to view leads generated in their approved area of business.

Should I Refi.com is looking for members that are the very best that the mortgage industry has to offer. Our members have a proven track record with past clients, excel in customer service, have up to date technology, and want to be a part of an exclusive membership that will help them generate their own exclusive local mortgage leads.


What does it cost to be a member of Should I Refi.com?


Each member will pay a one-time set up/application fee and monthly membership dues which will be based off of the demographics of the area of business the applying member would like to be approved for. Population and average home value are the two main demographic components that the membership dues are derived from. Standard membership dues will be based off of an area’s population and additional dues will be based off of the average home value in that area. Standard membership dues by population range from $50 per month (population of 50,000 and below) to $925 per month (population of 3,000,000+). Additional membership dues based off of average home value range from $95 per month (average home value of $300,001 to $400,000) to $325 per month (average home value of $2,000,000+). There are no additional monthly dues for areas where the average home value ranges from $0 to $300,000.

When can I sign up to become a member?

If you understand the costs, belive in this concept, and are ready to make a commitment to start generating your own exclusive leads, please sign up right away. Memberships are exclusive to certain areas of the country and they are on a first come, first serve basis as long as the applying company/individual is approved. An applicant will not be able to buy their way into an area that is already taken or has been applied for.


Is it hard to qualify to become a member of Should I Refi.com?


In order to qualify to become a member, here is what you need to do:

    · show and maintain an exceptional satisfaction rating

    · provide current license for your areas of business

    · provide proof of brick and mortar for your area of business

    · agree not to share customer’s information to 3rd parties without their consent

    · provide 3 current lender or industry references

    · provide 1 title company references with whom you have done business with

    · agree to nonvoluntary termination of membership if you do not meet or maintain these requirements


Where can I generate my own exclusive leads?

Our members can generate their own exclusive leads anywhere in the country where they have a physical place of business and surrounding communities that they are approved for.


Can I become approved for more than one area of business?

Yes, as long as your company has a physical place of business and are approved, you can have more than one area of business; however, if you are a net branch, affiliate branch, franchise, etc...you will have a separate membership from other branches, affiliate branch, franchise, of the same company.  

How many leads can I expect to generate?


Our members will have the opportunity to generate as many leads as possible based on their budget and their commitment to run their own successful advertising and marketing campaigns. We are leaving the marketing and advertising up to our members because our members know their area of business better than we do and therefore should be able to run effective marketing campaigns that produce the greatest number of leads. Because each market is different, it is hard to determine a predictable number of leads for each dollar invested; however, the results of an effective marketing and advertising campaign will exceed our members’ expectations. Also, as memberships grow, and the organic ranking of www.shouldirefi.com increases, our members’ cost of advertising and marketing should decrease while having an effective online presence.
